As a Holistic Lifestyle Coaching we learn that Thinking is the #1 Pillar of Wellness. Our thoughts effect every cell in the body. Each thought travels to each cell in the body and can have a profound effect on ones health and well being. Thoughts manifest words and creates a physical outcome.

There are hundreds of quotes on thinking and wellness. Most of the time we don`t even know or are aware of the kind of thoughts we are having in any given second. For me it can be quite surprising when I do live in the moment of being aware of individual thoughts.
In my own Personal Wellness Revolution I have committed to being aware of my thoughts. This is the first step to changing the thoughts that are no longer serving me. When I do have a thought that I see no value in and keep having that thought I have begun to ask “Is this thought still true for me?” This allows me to begin the process of change.
